Teaching

The study,design, execution, supervision & management of Construction Works imperatively require the role of Law and Contract.  Courses in the Chair focus on real-world Construction Laws and Legal Frameworks, Procurement and Contract Management Systems.  It is a key competence to prepare students for the realities of professional life. It allows students to develop and build on expertise in Procurement, Contract Administration, Construction Risk, Claim Management and Dispute Resolution. There is also an opportunity to take research projects which may enable them to progress to further studies.
