and it was about personal career development. It was organized to address the gap that students face in finding a suitable career path and facilitating the university to work transaction. Three speakers were initially invited to share their professional insights with the students of EiABC. These were Nebiyu Kassu (Sunshine Construction PLC), Kassahun Bedele (Habitat for Humanity) and Manuela Graetz (UN-HABITAT).

The event was attended by 130 students of the institute, The speakers were selected based on three themes, profit sector, non-profit sector and research based to show students professions out-side of the usual context The next edition has been scheduled to take place on December 4, 2015. It will focus on engaging external practicing architects to provide a picture of the life of an architect in the real world and the challenges that come with it.
