On October 30th 2015, an event entitled My Career Path took place in EiABC; it is a series of three events in semester one of this academic year. The event was targeted at senior students of EiABC

EiABC has embarked on ensuring quality at the Institute. One of the strategies to ensure quality enhancement is conducting institutional-self evaluation. In order to conduct this, the Quality Assurance and Reform Office in collaboration with the Scientific Director Office have established a task force consisting of academic staff, administration staff, student representative, and quality assurance experts. A formal institutional-self evaluation is a new trend to EiABC, and thus it was important to provide training for the task force. Accordingly, on October 16, 2015 training on quality assurance and institutional-self evaluation was provided by the Higher Education Relevance and Quality Assurance Agency. The experts were Dr. Tesfaye Teshome, Director General, and Mr. Kassahun Kebede, Director of Quality Audit Directorate. In this training, eight members of the task force have participated.

The task force will discuss on the outcomes and lessons learned from the training and will begin conducting the institutional-self evaluation soon.
